Cooking recipe of Turkish style chicken with white sauce

Ingredients 
1. paprika powder 1tsp
2. red chili powder 1tsp
3. cumin powder 1tsp
4. black pepper 1tsp
5. garlic paste 1tbsp
6. tomato paste 2tbsp
7. vinegar 1tbsp
8. yogurt 1/2 cup
9. salt as a tast 
10. butter 1/2tbsp
11. flour 1tbsp
12. milk 1 and 1/2 cup
13. dried oregano and dried parsley 1/2tsp
14. chicken 1/2 kg
15. oil 1 tbsp

     Instructions 
1. Take a bowl and put the chicken,salt,cumin,
     paprika,red chili powder,black pepper,garlic
     paste,tomato paste,vinegar and yogurt and 
     mix well after that placed it for marinate 
     at least 1 to 2 hours.
2. Take a pan and put the oil after that put the 
     chicken mixture in the oil and cook it in high
     flame for 2 minutes then low the flame until
     chicken cooked then turn off the flam.
  For the white sauce 
3. Take a pot and put the butter in it then put the  
    flour and cook for 1 minute then put the milk
    and cook it until the sauce become thick after 
    that put the dried oregano and dried parsley 
    leaves then turn off the flame.
4. Now take the hot sizzler pan and place the 
    cooked chicken in it after that put the white  
     sauce in all over the top as well as mozzarella 
     and cheddar cheese in the top and cook it for  
     few minutes by covering it.
     Garnish with fresh coriander and served with 
      pita bread
