Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well, ensuring that each piece is coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. For best results, marinate overnight.

  3. Heat oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade to the pan. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

  4. Once the chicken is cooked, increase the heat to medium-high and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously, until the marinade thickens and coats the chicken pieces.

  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat.

  6. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice. Enjoy your creamy and flavorful Malai Chicken!
