Recipe of cooking meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds (680g) ground beef
- ½ pound (227g) ground pork
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork. Mix them together until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and milk. Let them sit for a few minutes until the bread crumbs absorb the milk.
Add the soaked bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika to the meat mixture. Mix everything together until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Transfer the meat mixture to the loaf pan, pressing it down firmly to remove any air pockets and shape it into a loaf.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to make the glaze.
Spread the glaze over the top of the meatloaf, reserving some for later.
Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) when tested with a meat thermometer.
About 10 minutes before the meatloaf is done, remove it from the oven and brush the remaining glaze over the top.
10. Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
11. Serve the meatloaf slices with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.
